The crew did an outstanding job of assembling a pool table that had been in storage for 8 years and moved across the country. They were able to replace missing items, fix issues that were caused by the movers who disassembled the table, and did it all in record time. I HIGHLY recommend the Billiard Factory, they do business with integrity.

The costumer service is top notch. I bought new felt for my table and as I was installing it I saw a small hole. I left them a voicemail at 630pm they called me back at 7. They didn't have anymore in stock in Austin so he searched all the other store in the area. He found one in Houston and had it next day shipped to my house. So happy with there service, I will buy all my stuff here from now on.

Mo Mo Mo , go see Mo!! He is the nicest guy you'll meet and is like a pool encyclopedia without being overwhelming with the amount of info he puts out at one time. He is super pleasant to talk to. I come here to get my cue sticks worked on, purchase new ones when needed, get tips replaced, and consult with him when I have pool-related questions. Yes, it is a drive to get out here but it's worth it! I live in NW Austin and it takes about 40 minutes to get out there but I still always do and always will as long as Mo is there! Lots of parking and the plaza this place is located in has a lot of places that can be nice to stop by so check it out!
