We have been using Sam to work on our computers for a while now, and I can't say enough good about time. He's solved so many issues for us, that as a growing company, we were totally lost on. He has been able to streamline our processes to make everything more manageable. He is happy to work with our other computer vendors to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. He has recommended software to us that has worked for him as a small business owner, and if we need something that is outside his area of expertise, he is up front to tell us rather than trying to do it. He'll recommend others who do those things when he know of people. He's honest about his experiences with various software products and will let us know the pros and cons of them.
