Had such a fun time with this class. The instructor is funny and knowledgeable. Can't wait to take another class with her.

Attended the intro to sushi class, and I cannot recommend enough! The teacher is incredibly knowledgeable about Japanese culture and cuisine. We learned not only how to make sushi, but also Japanese table etiquette, ingredient selection, and just general culture to consider that went into making the dishes. We were also provided all the recipes at the end of the class. The instructor is great at making sure you understand everything that is going on. She is hands on to make sure your technique is correct. The food was delicious, and she does a fantastic job of explaining the differences between typical recipes and what you do, and how that changes the taste compared to a standard restaurant or store bought item. I will be scheduling to attend the other classes with my friends.

Mori is an AMAZING teacher! You will learn a bunch, and have so much fun with Mori's warm and entertaining personality. Please don't think twice about taking a class here, it's 100% worth it.

Mori was very welcoming when my boyfriend and I arrived to Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen. It was really nice that we were able to take a Teriyaki Bento Box class with just us and Mori. Her kitchen was spacious and we were provided with all of the needed supplies/utensils. She was direct and thorough while also being understanding as we were learning learning how to prepare a bento box. She also provided some insight on things like chopstick etiquette and where we could buy Japanese ingredients. Hopefully Mori is able to stay open and not shut now due to Covid-19. We would definitely love to take another class!

Amazing class. I have never been so engaged and entertained for 2 hours as I was with this class. The teacher is innately funny and I enjoyed interacting with my \classmates.\ The food was delicious and I truly feel like I left the class with an authentic and legitimate recipe for making sushi. Thanks Moury! (sp?)
