I wish I could give these guys a good review, but the fact is, I feel like they ripped me off. After having a post DUI assessment done and paying the fees, they were of ZERO help in resolving my issues. After contacting them both by phone and via email, they failed to forward a copy of the assessment to the DOT which has caused further issues and more fees through the state of Wisconsin. I would highly recommend NOT using this agency for DUI cases.

I'm rating this with only one star only because the front staff Harold is so rude I never met someone so ignorant in my life!! He over talks and hangs up on patients. Tim Morrill is great but they need staff that knows how to deal with patients and Harold is NOT one of them!!

I have had a long history with addiction issues in my life. Following the time after my detox period I decided to sign up for the classes offered at behavioral services center to further gain control of my life. I happened to lose my insurance during the duration of my scheduled classes; however the wonderful staff there guided my through the whole process and offered me a very accommodating payment plan. Additionally the classes offered were amazing in terms of allowing me to finally feel whole again. Overall Behavioral services center is an amazing establishment that really does put their patients first in terms of their well being and success. As long as you stick to the schedule and the payment plan agreement Behavioral services center will do the rest in order to ensure you become what you want to be!

Great place been coming for a year to fix my life up and timothy morrill literally turned my life 180 and was very direct and kind. the 1 star reviews are just idiots that probably brought their annoying kids and were told kindly to have them calm down.
