This office is wonderful. I see Dr. Tea Louderbach-- she and all the other providers I have seen here are knowledgeable & caring. I feel I am a PARTNER in my own care, rather than being told what to do. My opinion and preferences are taken into account, which allows me to develop a healthcare plan that works for my lifestyle and challenges. I work in quality and safety so I'm very sensitive to best practice, and this office is truly on top of ambulatory best practices. The clinical staff know how to perform blood pressures, EKGs and injections correctly. They ALL wash their hands when touching me. They follow best practice guidelines with regards to preventive medicine, prescriptions, vaccines, diagnostics etc so I know I'm getting the right kind of care and am more likely to find issues and correct them before they become a serious health concern. Because of my knowledge, I often find problems when I seek care in an office or hospital, but I NEVER find concerns when I visit this practice. I highly recommend them if you're looking for caring, compassionate and knowledgeable providers, and an environment that is safe, so that you will leave better off than you were when you went in!

The past 3-4 times I have called for a sick visit, they can’t schedule me until 3 weeks out. I understand providers are on vacation but I’m not scheduling a well visit. If I’m scheduling a sick visit for 3 weeks out, I’m going to be better by the time my appointment gets here so what’s the point? I just find it really terrible that there are no appointments for a 15 min sick visit until a month later and that’s with almost any provider. The staff isn’t very apologetic about not having any appointments either they just say “Yeah, we don’t have anything.” They also don’t even offer that you can go to prompt care either, although I would rather see my PCP than going to an urgent care all the time because every time I call, there are zero appointments for anything.

I have been going to this practice for over 10 yrs. I have seen physicians come and go. I find the staff pleasant and I currently see Caroline Simm who I just adore. When I can't see her I have seen several of the associates and I have not have any problem. Times when I really don't feel well I find that the staff goes our of their way to help me.
