We called Oriole because our basement was showing signs of water damage and my mom initially dealt with Frank Pirog, the company president, who came out and inspected the problem. It was mutually agreed upon that sub-floor drainage piping that leads to the sump pumps needed to be reworked and expanded to cover more of the basement. One of the sump pumps was also due for an upgrade and additionally, the walls were in need of a good cleaning. After the contract was signed, a crew led by foreman Jeff Smith came out at the agreed upon time and began to do the work. We can't say enough about how friendly, hardworking, and committed to doing a good job Jeff and his crew were. The crew was well-organized, courteous, and willing to listen to and address any concerns we had. My mom really appreciated how respectful and deferential the whole team was. This was a pretty extensive project and we were really pleased that Jeff kept everything running smoothly and, despite a snowstorm, was able to get the project done to our great satisfaction in less than two days. The whole team at Oriole went above and beyond the call of duty and again, we really appreciated how hardworking, personable, and dedicated to doing a quality job they were. Everybody had a great attitude and really knew their job. We would enthusiastically recommend them to others who have a need for this sort of repair, and if we ever need another home improvement project completed, Oriole will be the first company we call. Five stars!

Oriole basement waterproofing was fantastic from start to finish. When Mark came out to provide a free estimate he was honest and transparent about everything during the estimate process. All the guys who worked on my basement were fantastic especially Adam and Rodney who ran the project. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Very thankful I finally have a dry basement with the help of Oriole!

Got a bunch of basement waterproofing quotes and chose to use Oriole. Mark was very upfront about what he planned to do, and how it would happen. He also was very reassuring through the whole process and always answered all my questions extremely fast. Adam and Rodney were boots on the ground through the install. They were extremely professional, worked crazy hard, and kept us up to date through the whole process. I can't recommend this company enough for the work they do. On top of the great people and work, a lifetime transferable warranty can't be beat.

These lovely men really work hard. My basement was done in no time, even after snow and water and ice! The team was pleasant and very friendly as well, even to my rescue huskies.
