This was my first experience here and it was outstanding! Many thanks to Dr. Elena Sabaeva, assistant Brittany, and receptionist Casie for their expertise, compassion, and valuable time! Also, I only had to wait five minutes to be seen! There was plenty of staff to help too! Very pleased. This location will now be my go-to for all my medical needs. Many thanks, Patient First!

I wasn’t allowed to sit down and help a friend that had an injury at the desk because two people weren’t allowed at the desk if the other person wasn’t being seen. But on the other side(picture is shown) that other people were allowed to come in at once for support. Thats rude. I see why I never come here.

Very friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time even when several people are ahead of you. Great protective measures in place to keep patients safe. Everything they advertise or post on their web page is accurate. Highly recommend

Silly me wrangled a cat and got severly bitten. I went to Patient First because it was Saturday and I knew they would have all the equipment necessary, especially X-ray, if needed. I like quick, easy, no-nonsense encounters so was very pleased that I was seen quickly and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Also, being able to leave the building with my prescription saved me so much time and trouble. I was feeling really awful so not having to stop at the pharmacy was great!

Overall....very good experience. Intake/triage left something, but very little, to be desired. I thought you guys could do a little better by encouraging not so many patients to be seated in the waiting room. Almost 100% of folks coming in have a car that they could wait in. I think giving patients the option to wait in the waiting area, absent extenuating circumstances, is a bad idea. Why increase risk of virus transmission when other options are available to keep both employees and patients safer? It doesn't make sense. Have everyone that can, wait in their vehicles until they are to be seen. This is basic common sense. Thanks to all the great men and women who are manning and womaning the front line in this fight! 4.5 stars 5 stars for all docs and nurses.
