David Erikson is great HOWEVER it's impossible to get prescriptions called in, prior authorizations for medications, or paperwork sent for pre-authorization for imagining. I've waited 40 days for a prescription, with several calls on my behalf. Advanced radiology has requested paperwork for prior authorization without success for a week, my appointment was tomorrow & is now cancelled waiting on them to send simple office notes- medical records are electronic for a reason! Meanwhile I'm suffering with symptoms and no one cares. Stay away from this practice if you have a condition that you're looking to resolve anytime soon!

Didn’t appreciate the care I received here. My diagnosis was missed and I was treated like my symptoms were irrational. I was also treated with medication for a condition I didn’t have. I did not receive a call to discuss my ultrasound results, and when I requested a call from the Dr I was called by the desk staff who could not answer my questions. Do not recommend this practice.

None too thrilled with the appointment scheduling... Be more clear about paperwork requirements, and requirement to arrive at least 30 minutes early first visit, at least 10 subsequent visits. We also have jobs and get paid, and don't when we wait for doctors. One of the staff really tried to work it out for me, hence the second star. 40 mile drive to get rejected for paperwork.... forget them, there's doctors closer to where I live.

Excellent experience with Dr. Day, and with the Audiologist, Susan.

I've only had one visit with Dr. Day and I was very impressed with her. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the office staff. I showed up for my 6 week follow up appointment in Bel Air and was told I must be wrong because she has hours in Havre De Grace on Thursday. Then why was I able to schedule it for the Bel Air office? When they looked up my appointment I was told it was rescheduled for mid May and that they tried to reach me via phone but my mailbox was full (which it wasn't). They also had my business number, but did not try to reach out to me on that number. How would I even know the reschedule date if they didn't reach me? When I let them know I was frustrated, I was told by the office person several times that she understood but it wasn't her doing. She then said it was rescheduled due to an emergency surgery (I thought the doctor was in Havre De Grace). They then wanted me to wait another month before I could get in to see the doctor. They did squeeze me in for next week, but I will now have to take off work to accommodate them. I think they should take a closer look at their office staff.
