The pavers are great but Belgard is horrible to deal with. Received several dye lots, took a couple of deliveries to get one color scheme. The color also does not match what is in their catalog, not even close. Shipping delays are a nightmare, they say it will be delivered next week, could be a month or more before it actually shows up. Belgard's delays have added four months on to a 2 month project and we're still waiting on pavers from them. Wouldn't use Belgard unless you have no other choice.

Belgard pavers are the Best quality. Unique Landscapes in West Bend did an outstanding job building our seat wall along the whole back side of our patio with installed lighting.

Belgard paver products ** DO NOT ** match the colors they have on site as samples or their brochures. I think they can no longer match the colors and are too cheap to update their catalog. If you order their products, you must inspect the pallets because the colors they deliver have ** 0 ** correlation to what is displayed in their brochure and the samples on site. I would not recommend this product and it is impossible they do not know the colors don't match; I think they are too rich to care. *** S T A Y A W A Y ***

I have been chasing down the sales rep and sales manager for months looking for 10-15 corner blocks to finish my retaining wall. I spend a large amount of money on a 180 foot x 10 foot retaining wall and also ordered over 2500 sf of paves. Project was about 60K in total.... You would think they want a happy customer - This company is the absolute worst and you should think twice before dealing wityh them. Don't expect goop service - Wish I would have gone with another company! Thumbs down to Belgard and Belgard management team - Poor service would be an understatement. Ed Koch NJ
