Have spoken to a few people here now and they are all very pleasant, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. They replaced a transmission for a Troy-Bilt Flex under warranty. It took 10 days to take first look, 7 days to liaise with Troy-Bilt and receive transmission, and 2 days to install. Under 3 weeks total was very reasonable at this peak time of year. Priority is given to machines they sell; i.e. the units that arrived after me for service that had been sold by them, jumped ahead of my unit. So it may be worth buying from them in the first place. For annual service, they don't charge to pick up and deliver back the units they sold. I guess they pick up when they're ready each year so you get it back sooner too. Another reason to consider buying from them. If they had not agreed to look at my unit and liaise with Troy-Bilt warranty dept, I would have had to take it to Helena (2 hours away) which is currently the only Troy-Bilt approved service shop in all of Montana. I don't know how much hassle it was in the end for them but I'm very grateful they agreed to work on this unit for me, and to Troy-Bilt too.

If you need a part for small machines such as mowers or garden tractors the probably ha e or. If they don't they will get it. Been dealing with them for over 40 years. Great personnel.

the sales rep in the store was super helpful for guiding me to what mower i needed. he told me to go home an do some measuring to see if the mower would fit where i needed to mow and store. i called first thing this morning for a question about a 2700 zero turn lawn mower i was ready to purchase today. the rude and unhelpful nit wit that answered the phone was so eager to get me off the phone that his arrogance turned me away from placing my order. i couldnt even get my question out about the dimensions of the mower before being cut off multiple times. thanks for inadvertently directing me to owenhouse ace hardware to purchase this exact same mower instead. im glad ill be supporting a local business now that wants and appreciates my business. maybe you should teach your employees manners when answering the phone.
