Hands down best seven-day soup in this county. Also the friday morning biscuits and sausage gravy breakfast is phenomenal and fkr it to be served at 0330 hrs makes it just that much better...

Great jail. The staff is short-handed and overworked but, for the most part, they care about their jobs and try to do the job effectively and with integrity. If you have a problem with the jail, don't go.

Service is a little slow but the food is pretty consistent. I wish they would bring back Mexican Mondays. Also at the risk of sounding judgemental, the kitchen staff looked a little sketchy. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a criminal or two back there cooking.

Been trying to talk to someone up there but it seems like no one works up there

absolutely a waste of tax dollars. Anyone can use the open information act to request change-orders and up-to-date costs of repairs and expenses to staff and what taxpayers paid. Taxpayers can request what was constructed and torn-down afterwards at taxpayer's expense. We know of the neglect, lawsuits, abuse, and mechanical failures at Loop 121 Taj Mahal. Most taxpayers are too busy to care - shame on them. Why else would Bell County TX refuse a re-known camera crew to film the jail? Its only a national re-known program aired on major TV networks \JAIL?\ Do your homework people! When Bell County electorate voted-down the Taj Mahal \TWICE\ (Loop 121 Jail) after two held elections, the commissioners and Judge Burro opted to bypass the voters via Certificates of Obligation. You need to research \why?\ After construction, problems began. Do your homework people. Don't just be sheeple! We even got the sheriff lies about certification - falsifying law enforcement tests. People claiming to espouse Christian beliefs, continue voting in the crooks. However, as a county, we were blessed to see longtime commissioner Corteze go back home! What an honor, especially after his brother was convicted of fraud that affected many families. Richard did the same to the Decker Family, but it came back to bite him.
