Expect to be treated super poorly if you come here. If you’re unfortunate enough to be serviced by Norma, expect to get into an argument because she’s condescending and tries to charge you a disconnection fee when you have been paying on time and there hasn’t been a disconnection. Every time I speak to Norma she’s able to reach new lows in customer service. It’s almost admirable how bad it can get. Avoid at all costs and find another office near you!!!

Water was shut off due to landlord not paying water bills.. and rather than to contact the tenants about the water being shut off they (steve) just shut off the water without any type of posted notice.. thanks to both this company and the irresponsible landlord for the notice to the tenants.
The girl that works here (Lucy with blonde girl) she is so rude like so rude. She asked nd said what can i help you with? Nd my mom started to tell her nd she kept interrupting her like she didnt wanna hear it. I found it so unproffesional nd rude. Am so damm dissapointed in how unprofessional she acted towards my mom.
This place is really unprofessional...they only have one clerk for 20 people who are in line...
Tienen gente que no saben trabajar con servicio al cliente. Son unas despotas y se les hace un trabajo difícil ayudar a uno con información de su cuenta, No fui la única que recibió un mal trato. Esperen ser tratados como si fueras menos solo por estar al otro lado del escritorio
