My girlfriend and I moved here in September and we love this place! The view of the King and Queen is great, but more importantly, the staff is very accommodating. Liz and India work in the leasing office and they always reply to email requests/questions promptly. They were friendly, polite, and proactive during our move, which made the transition smooth and painless. Sam, the property's Maintenance Manager, often responds to service calls the same day (even though they aren't emergencies). He also is a great communicator, often calling to warn when he will be in the apartment and recapping what had been completed. There was an issue with a fire alarm in our apartment, which was sending signals to the leasing office's master panel. After attempts to address the issue from their end, they had to enter our apartment and rewire the alarm. The office staff and Sam communicated their plans to address the issue and were considerate of our requests. When we returned to our home later that evening, we found that the work area was clean and presentable. The drywall patches and paint were seamless and they even touched up some paint that we scuffed during our move in! Overall, I would recommend (and have recommended ) this community to our close friends. All the staff is very personable and you really do feel like you're more than just a number or monthly payment.... it feels like a community! Thanks to India, Sam, and Liz!

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Bell Glenridge, especially in regards to the Leasing staff and Manger Liz. I originally was interested in staying inside the city because of the location of my office. Upon my journey to find a home I happen to call Bell Glenridge. Liz phone present was warm, welcoming and informative. So I stop by and ultimately chose to live here. The staff made me feel at home, even though moving from the other side of the country! Liz and India have always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her or them. I am writing this review because I have lived here for over a year, and now has come the time to renew. I was curious about other floor plans and originally only asked to tour one unit, but ended up having Liz show me not one, not two, but three different units! I am a very picky person and Liz was so patient as she listened to all my needs and wants. Russell and James are awesome as well. Speedy and knowledgeable maintenance is a plus in my book. Russell always has a smile on his face and very courteous. If you are looking for a place to call home that will treat you like family, look no further! Bell Glenridge is calling! Also don't forget to ask for Liz!!!

Location, location, location!!! Absolutely love it. I have never been to a place where not only the community is well kept but the office staff is so nice and welcoming. Every time I come in I am always greeted with a smile, which now a days we need more of. Lizeth and India are always so professional and knowledgeable. Russell and James the maintenance team are on top of any request I’ve had, super friendly and respectful. So happy I chose this place to walk into and check out!! I so recommend living here!

Came in the other day to look for a 1 bedroom and the staff was very much friendly. Much friendlier than the other 2 apartments I visited before I saw theirs. India broke everything down in detail, answered all my questions and made the process very simple. Coming from a customer service industry I could tell the whole staff was very busy as I entered but Liz still came out and greeted me making me feel welcomed. Can't wait to move in!!

I've lived here for two and a half months, and so far, I've had a great experience. My previous living situation was an absolute nightmare, and from the moment I walked in to Bell Glenridge, India has been a lifesaver! Overall, the complex is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. There is ample parking, which is a difficult thing to find in Atlanta. I also like the events that are put on for residents, usually involving free food and drinks. The apartment can be a little pricey, but they were running a special discount when I was looking. The biggest downside so far has been that this complex seems to attract fruit flies, though they can be kept at bay with minimal effort. Overall, I would highly recommend Bell Glenridge!
