Cons: It’s not a DMV, it’s a Tax Collector’s Office. Which is a standard thing in Florida, it seems. So just expect that there may be miscommunications in the information you research and the actual information needed in person. It’s an hour drive from the coast so any mishaps can cost you a lot of time and effort if anything is missing on your first visit. And of course, its going to take hours to do your business because that’s just the way these things go when it comes to driving registration etc. Due to COVID they are appointment only. So go online to pbctax.com and make an appointment, I saw several people turned away after driving all the way out here. Pros: The staff at places like this are typically rude and annoyed, probably because of the stressful nature of the job. Due to this, and the long wait, I was originally planning on giving this place one star tbh. However, I was incredibly impressed by the manager, Patrick. He remained calm and collected even when customers like myself were upset. He was willing to explain processes in detail, help, and go out of his way to make the process less overwhelming where he could. I’ve never seen anything like it, and it honestly turned my whole experience around. If you have any trouble or confusion here, I would suggest asking to talk to him, as he will patiently explain any miscommunications to you.

Hi , I take my time to bring my opinion , One of the workers treated me very badly and it is not the first time that he treats me badly, He is tall thin and white. He does not help customer , I don't know what his position is but he treats very badly to the customer , i tink he need to take customer services class. everyone go to DMV to resolved any situation and they are there to help us and give us the right information . all clients take appoiment , take number againg wait long time , so is no fair received bad treated wen is our turn I work customer service for many years, I have my own company and we are all where we are for our clients. That man is probably also a customer of a restaurant or another place and he is not going to feel good receiving bad treatment from another person or making him feel bad in front of everyone else.

I went to this DMV and Miss Marie assisted with getting my son his driver's license. She was very professional and courteous. She went above and beyond her work and we truly appreciate her for it.
