Attending this class was extremely frustrating, partly from students who weren't paying attention and partly from the way the instructor Jeff ran the course. Jeff spent an unreasonable amount of time repeating himself on instructions he had previously provided either during the class or via email. For example, his welcome email clearly indicated when timesheets were due for the class, but I lost count of how many times students asked when the timesheet was due. This is an anecdotal example, but students asking questions to topics they already should have known the answer to was quite remarkable and significant. Jeff was a polite instructor who has industry knowledge, but spent a ton of time on unrelated tangents. I remember a day of class where we spent 20-30 minutes talking about his vacation to France. Tangents like this made it very hard to stay focused and wasted a ton of time that could have been spent on more constructive material. I was also surprised to see him taking personal phone calls right in the middle of class and momentarily leaving the class hanging.

I recommend Professor Fretzko’s class. Just about to finish the 2-week class. He is a very professional, dedicated and patient instructor. I learnt a lot from this class.
Fantastic class! Jeff Fetzko had us successfully prepared for taking the state exam while giving us real life experiences and helpful hints on what interview questions to ask of brokers. My review cannot possibly do this class justice. Highly recommended and was the lowest price.
Excellent school and instructor. Mr. Fetzko is extremely knowledgeable and applies real examples during the day. Engaged with the class in a virtual setting. I highly recommend taking the course with Central Jersey Real Estate Institute and Jeff!!!
I have just finished my studies at the Central Jersey Real Estate Institute. And, I've just passed both my school and State exams. I had a great experience the the CJREI, and had the privilege to study with a great group of people. Richard the instructor was absolutely terrific. He knows the real estate world backwards and forwards, and explains extremely complicated information in a simple, direct, humorous and very stylish way. I have always had a hard time with academics, and I do not test well. However, Richard's knowledge, dedication and support made the entire experience far less difficult than I ever imaged it would be. To anyone considering a career in real estate, the CJ Real Estate Institute is the place to go. Do not miss the chance to study with this incredible group of people. I am deeply grateful, and Thank You to everyone at the Central Jersey New York Real Estate Institute.
