An excellent and informative organization. This is their national headquarters. I have to admit, I am not a stamp collector. But I had a great time visiting here. I learned a lot from their displays and their library is fantastic. Great information for kids also. Check out the onsite post office. Very informative staff also. They will answer any of your questions.

Mr. Martin at the American Philatelic Society hosts regular American Red Cross blood drives. As an American Red Cross staff member, I have had the privilege of working at many of these blood drives. I have seen the passion and expertise of these folks in promoting the art of stamp collecting and the history of the early air mail service. The building that houses the society is a 1900 match factory that has been lovingly restored and updated without losing its historic charm..
