Going to try and make this short and sweet. I went in to The Hunter’s Warehouse to inquire about the price of his ammo because I heard he had some in stock. Tom started giving me the facts that I already knew, no other stores anywhere have ammo and if they do it’s insanely expensive. And... online sites like gunbroker dictate the price of ammo now. It’s supply and demand, and if people are paying top dollar for it, then that’s what you’re going to pay if you want it. With that said, Tom walked over to the ammo rack, grabbed three boxes of the ammo I need, and handed it to me because I’m in law enforcement. I think it would have been a little over 100 to buy that ammo online. He GAVE it to me. He also said a couple times that he could just close the doors and do everything online and make a hell of a lot more money, and he’s absolutely right. But he doesn’t, because he enjoys running the store and being a part of the community. Thank you again Tom for the ammo. It really does mean a lot in this day and age.

I came here to look around for my first handgun ever, and I didn’t have to look anywhere else! Tom took the time to actually look up the exact gun I wanted and showed me comparable gun sizes and caliber to one I wanted online. After he ordered the gun, it came within two days! When the gun came in, he showed me a holster that would fit and even took time to adjust the holster that way it fit me perfectly! I would recommend this place for any of your gun needs!
If you are looking for guns, ammo or just about anything else you have to stop in here. Not only will Hunters warehouse meet or beat a competitors price but the owner will take the time to explain to you how and why prices are what they are. Hunters Warehouse is also an approved Military, Law enforcement and first responder dealer. That means great discounts! There is a lot in stock. Also keep in mind while you are shopping that Hunters Warehouse donates a lot of money to the community and many many fundraisers.
Amazing selection of ammo, but be prepared to pay top dollar. The owner (at least I assume he was the owner) is a real salesman. As soon as he noticed that I was looking at ammo, he started talking to me about the ammo shortage and telling me a story about how there will be no more ammo produced for 6 months and that all ammo production was going to the military. I may not be a gun expert, but I know enough to know that only certain manufacturers have military contracts, so I knew his story was complete BS. I guess he thought that I was desperate for ammo because he was obviously trying to create a sense of panic buying in me. He doesn't have pricing listed for any of his ammo and gives it to you off the top of his head. Based on a conversation I overheard with another customer, the pricing changes depending on when you come in and possibly depending on who you are. As I said, he must have thought that I was desperate because the price he quoted me for practice ammo was more than the going price of self defense ammo in other places (even given the times). What's worse is that his price increased the more you buy. So the 2nd box cost 5 more than the first, the 3rd box cost 10 more than the first, and so on. I left without buying anything and didn't stay long enough to really get a sense of his gun prices, but I'd never go there again for ammo.
