Melissa answered my call and displayed a high level of professionalism from the first time we spoke. Once the tech Myles arrived he further displayed professionalism, he also took the time to explain the problem I was experiencing with my furnace. Melissa followed up after the tech which made me more comfortable to continue with the installation of a brand new unit! I am so satisfied with Air Doctors; their professionalism, excellent communication, and time management skills are unmatched! I would recommend them hands down!! I’d consider myself a customer for life!

My water heater broke down and I called Air Doctors. Mellisa answered the phone, I was understandably upset, but she was very helpful, patient as well as professional. They got to me first thing Monday morning. Melissa explained the whole process to me and she also helped me with my interest free application so I could finance my water heater. They are very affordable. The workers who came to the house were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. I will definitely be using Air Doctors again, if need be in the future. Thank you for everything, I love my water heater!!

This group of individuals has been fantastic. I needed a new furnace and the gave me a good price. Most importantly they return a phone call. Needed service on a Sunday and they where right there. I called 6 companies and they were the only one willing to come out on a Sunday. Miles and Brynn are fantastic and they keep you in the loop on what is going on with your repair. Would recommend and will use again.

Air Doctors have amazing service, I was able to communicate clearly of what I wanted and they executed it very well. Melissa was able to get me in when I was available and if there was any problem I was told straight away. The level of assistance I had gotten was superb, I felt as though as they cared of what my concerns were and walked me through everything that need to be done.
