This is the worst business that I have ever had experience with and there customer service is horrible, I was trying to get a walker and I had to call them and talk to them on the phone and they would not let me inside, I had to stand outside in the heat, and answer questions about what kind of walker I wanted. This was my first time coming here it was recommended by a Pharmacist and I told the pharmacist not to recommend this place never again.

I disagree with some of these reviews. Lori and her medical team have been nothing but professional and caring. Everytime, I come into town Care Medical is on it. Trish delivers my tanks and concentrator at my second home and gives me all the supplies I need. They listen carefully to your concerns and follows up on your oxygen orders. I have always been more than satisfied with their service and pleased with the respect and care given. Thank you Care Medical supplies, Christine

This is the worst Supplier. You call them and they say we'll be out Tuesday. Their window is, no window. You have to stay home all day. Placed order yesterday and was told will be here the next day (Tuesday). 5:15 pm and no call or show. This has happened numerous times. Will be talking to doctor to find a new vendor. I could write a 5 page review, but I think you get the idea!

Poor interest in the patient. Always in a rush. This is their constant way of operating . Act like it is a terrible inconvenience to speak with the patient. Do not return calls or attempt to resolve problems. Looking for a new vender.
