Demetria's is the go-to place this side of the river for costumes and dance supplies! Hell, for that matter even the other side of the river ! Roberta the owner is fantastic and easy to work with and we have been using her expertise and inventory to costume actors and actresses for quite a few years. If you are looking for a costume rental or dance supplies, give them a chance.
Very polite and friendly staff
The girls at the shop were so helpful and attentive. I had a foreign exchange student who forgot to pack her shoes and had a performance first thing in the morning. I was pressed for time and unsure of exact size. I also know nothing about dance shoes. They helped me find a pair of shoes that were perfect. She arrived late last night, and tried them on.They fit perfect and she was very happy. Her performance was at 845 this morning. I am very appreciative for all the help.
Staff was very helpful. They took the time to fit my kids for their dance shoes. Quality products and if you're a beginner dancer they have a special little gift for you! Highly recommend!
The selection was slim. My daughter wanted a tutu that would stick out and the only had one, thank goodness it was in the color she needed but the sales people kept pushing other more expensive items on us. Even trying to bring them into the dressing room after my daughter had already said no several times. I drove 40 minutes to get here because i had heard good things but I will not do it again.
