Extreme price gouging with these guys. Paid over 1,000 out of pocket WITH INSURANCE and come to find out I could have purchased everything online for 800. My last bill shows I was charged a MONTHLY rental fee of 257.82 for the cpap machine with an additional 81.75 for the BUILT IN humidifier. I found this machine online for 500 outright. How this is legal I will never know. This was supposed to help me sleep, but I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and flat out robbed. Over the phone I knew something was fishy when billing couldn’t tell me how much the supplies would be and used the phrase “well once you hit your deductible...” what a scam!!
I called to get more supplies and was told I was non compliant because I did not have a follow up visit with my doctor. I had. From there it turned into a complete farce. Too long to go into. It took a month to get supplies. It was a nightmare.
Unorganized. Sloppy. No follow up with patients or healthcare providers to sort issues out. If there is an issue orders get abandoned and buried in the archives. Good talk poor execution.
On hold for 1 hour, then you tell them the supplies you need delivered the next week. Day of delivery- might get delivered 8am all the way up to 8pm? You can just sit and wait all day. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don’t. Can’t get anyone to return any calls. No one appears to know what is happening. No one is in charge. You would think the people who actually own this company ( corporate) would fire all of them here in Belleville and just start over?
