He was never pushy & didn't steer us to any particular product. Billy & Joe did the install & their craftsmanship is second to none. These gentlemen treated our home as if it were their own. I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company and they did absolutely amazing. There was an old Koolaid stain that I thought would never come out, but thanks to Freedom (the cleaner) it came out no problem! 5/5 would recommend and will definitely be contacting them for any future cleaning.
