I visited this park with my dog the first time today. The park itself is nice enough, but other dog owners seem to be ruining the experience a bit. There was a lot of poop and cigarettes on the ground around the benches in the small dog park. There are bags provided, but it just seems several people don't care enough to pick up after their dogs. When I first arrived there were two other owners with their dogs. They were both nice and we all paid attention to make sure our dogs got along well enough. I left when another owner arrived who immediately sat to stare at her phone and started smoking and didn't pay any attention to how her dogs interacted with the other dogs (only my dog at that point). One of her dogs immediately pooped and she showed no interest in picking up after her dog. Based on the amount of poop and cigarettes I'm afraid this may be a frequent thing at this park. I'll probably give the park another try to see if another visit may be more enjoyable. My dog was able to enjoy running and sniffing around. And bags and recepticals are provided, so the park itself is nice if people would just be responsible and courteous when they visit the park. I'd rather my dog not eat cigarettes, so that's my biggest concern.

Nice little park just a bit off the interstate. Separate large and small dog areas. Double gated. Dog Waste Bags and Bins provided. Minimal dog waste left on ground. Grass in good condition. Some small trees inside gated area. Permanent fixtures/ activities for dogs. Shaded seating available. No bathrooms. Water Access: Didn’t see any but may have missed it. My only complaint is that there is a big dog that lives across the street that barked at us the entire time. I typically don’t care about things like that, but we were on a long road trip and really needed our dog to go to the bathroom and run off some energy, and all she could focus on was that dog, haha.
Passing through and my daughter needed to run. Solid doors in and out of the park, respectful and friendly owners, two separate fenced parks if things get too rowdy at one. Drive SLOW on the gravel road to the end of the lot!
