I always adopt from here and promote, Adopt, don't shop The reason for 3 stars is due to the employees. It would be nice to see more friendly people, but I guess when one is dealing with pets with no home, it would be depressing. Hang in there and I admire what y'all do. ️ They need to have Saturday hours. I thought that they did and closed at noon, but when I got there, I was bummed to see them closed.

Thank you so much for our Kona. She is an amazing puppy and so smart. The staff was so friendly and helpful while we were making a decision. We were blessed!

Any time in the past when I called to inquire about licensing my pet, always got fast, friendly service. The one time my cat got out and I was looking for him they allowed me to post a flyer in their lobby, they contacted me when a cat looking like him arrive to check it out (was not him but appreciated it greatly), & they took me back to see the kitties they had quickly several times during that time I was looking for him. It is inconvenient to have to drive there for licensing forms (which could be put online to do, submit, pay for), but once there it was a quick process.

They took the lost cat, but they weren't very friendly about it. I felt blamed for finding it, when all I was trying to do is make sure it doesn't get run over. Extra star because they are no kill shelter.

Every time I go to renew my dog's tag, I have to go rounds with these folks on whether or not she spayed, despite having previously gotten her tag at the altered. My fee has been returned twice (couldn't go to facility due to covid shutdown). I have since provided PROOF my dog is in fact spayed. Now I can't get the tag because her shots aren't updated. Once they are, I'm hoping someone in this office will finally correctly annotate her records and I can get her tag without further issue!
