My wife and I have been to VBUC a few times and they are always great. Dr. Deya is truly an amazing human being, PERIOD! He is very understanding and compassionate and enjoys his work. The wait times are never too long, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We used to live minutes away from here and had moved a half hour away and it's worth the drive to come here and be taken care of how you would expect to being taken care of! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CARE YOU PROVIDE!

I had the best experience with the NP Deya. I’ve been here 2 times in the past couple of months and I will say that both times I was treated to the best standards that you can be treated. He is very knowledgeable while at the same time professional, I believe this profession is definitely for him. He cares about each patient individually, makes you feel like you are in great hands. I am very happy with my overall experience and would recommend this urgent care to anyone in desperate need for medical care. While all of the staff were kind and helpful Deya stood out as the person who changed my view of the medical field in a positive manner . Thank you guys for helping me out I greatly appreciate all of the staff that work here.

Honestly, this is the best urgent I've ever been to. I came at a good time so the wait was only about 15 minutes, although that isn't entirely under their control. I want to mention the extreme friendliness, while keeping their professionalism, of the whole staff as well as their attention to my privacy. They have tablets for you to sign in electronically that make the whole process smooth and easy. I felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout the process.

I highly recommend this urgent care. The providers are great and full of personality. The MAs were awesome and I was in and out in a reasonable time! I’ll definitely be back.

Showed up tonight with BP 201/112. I was out of town from Ohio staying alone in hotel and panicking that I was getting ready to have a stroke or heart attack. I drove quickly 1 mile to Van Buren Urgent Care. Dr Deya Abdelbaki greeted me, listened to me and gave me genuine and meaningful options on what he could do. We agreed on an option, Not only did his input calm and relax me, but I walked away with a feeling of “straight talk” and what I need to do to better my long term health. Thank you Deya for the world class service tonight. In a scary moment, it meant the world to me and I’ll never forget it.
