The drive-thru BX Pharmacy is not an ideal situation. Today the wait was 1 hours to survive the queue and advance to the front of the line. Nonetheless, the men and women who work the line are absolutely professional, friendly and cordial. I wish I could thank each and every one of them individually because they deserve a smile, a pat on the back, and a sincere thank you. You are having a great and positive impact on thousands of people.

Never had to bad of expierince in past seems like they had good doctors but the last 3-4 Years it has decline significantly. Just recently experiencied two doctors slow playing wifes condition she ended up in hospital. They lack knowledge and empathy. I have to wonder about the doctors at Ehrling Berquist Hospital Family Medicine. So sad use to be able to count on them. Management obviously lacking.

Well let me start off by saying that my original issue here did not start off positive at all. For personal reasons, I'm not going to go into detail, but I wanted to be sure that I give credit where credit is due. Essentially I had a caregiver here that wasn't exactly on the ball. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. I was visibly upset by the issue faced and I honestly didn't know what to do, being a spouse and all, I am used to the subpar care from ever changing PCMs and lack of continuity. However, this visit was different. I ended up communicating with SMSgt Gallant who could immediately tell I wasn't receiving adequate service and showed immense empathy and understanding to my situation. She got me in touch with a SSgt Carelli who spoke with me at length to address and resolve my issue. So while my day didn't exactly start well , SMSgt Gallant made the extra effort and really went above and beyond on behalf of a patient. I'm grateful, and honestly relieved, to know that there are people like her at this clinic who genuinely care and want to make things better. Thank you guys so much for taking the time.

Most efficient clinic I've ever been to in the military (since 2002) Excellent pharmacy service. Today I was in and out in 50 minutes- an appointment with a provider and pickup new Rx at the pharmacy. Excellent!
