I really enjoyed my time working as a contractor for Aerotek and working with Sharon H and Natasha S. They have always been easy to communicate with and send fast responses, and helped me land on a great team. I have worked with a few other agencies but this one felt like they actually cared about their workers especially during this pandemic.

My first time going through an agency and it has been positive. Yoshives, my recruiter, is stellar: professional, quick responses with emails and returned calls, and always generous with help. I truly feel my recruiter wants me to succeed and goes above and beyond in aiding me to get there. Haven't had direct interaction with management, but so far operations have been pleasantly smooth. Definitely recommend Aerotek's services.
I relocated from San Francisco to Seattle in September 2019. I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Harris who was such a personable and pleasure to work with. Her constant energetic and positive attitude was something I could always count on. She was very responsive and got to the bottom of any concerns quickly. Wit her help, I was able to convert to full-time at Amazon in September 2020.
I have been through multiple temp agencies to help me with find a job that fit me best and Aerotek did that! Cindy Parker and Sharon Harris were amazing throughout my whole time as a temporary employee especially during this hectic time we live in. I def have sent a lot of people to Aerotek to find a placement because they actually listen to your job needs and finds a team that fits with you the best. I was able to get the job also but having a company that checks in, takes you to lunch (precovid) and gives calls is def a plus. I would recommend Aerotek for anyone and happy they were able to find me job and team too!
