Great experience overall. I got my free eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses there. The optometrist guy was so friendly and professional. Love the 69.99 deal. I used to pay 400 for one pair of eyeglasses at Kaiser Eye Care. This time I was happy to pay 260 in total for 2 pairs since my prescription has astigmatism. Later, I realized that I have nickel allergy because of my pregnancy so I came back to cancel the order of two metal glasses and had my refund processed immediately and smoothly. I used my eye prescription there to order titanium eyeglasses online and it was accurate.

I had 5 pairs of glasses done at this location and only got 4 pairs back. One pair still in transit, they tell me. I tried the 4 pairs they had on hand, admittedly quickly to see if they fit. I failed to see that one of them has a crack near the bridge. Since I can't really see without them and when you are wearing them you don't notice the chip. I am very unhappy with their quality control. Plus they failed to clean off the adhesive they used to keep them bound during transit.

Terrible costumer service of the ophthalmologist. He really needs to improve his customer service. I’m not coming back to this place.

I woke up with an eye infection that left me in complete agony, and my usual eye doctor wouldn't be able to see me until the next day. A friend recommended I find an America's Best, and luckily they were able to fit me in a few hours after I called. The appointment was quick, but everyone on staff took care in treating me like they actually cared how I felt. The price ended up more than I was initially quoted on the phone, but still an entirely reasonable cost. I'd definitely go back or recommend them to a friend.

Bad service, took an appointment and reached on time, made to wait for 30 mins without anyone attending, then was told that they have other customers also waiting, why give an appointment and waste people's time if you are not ready to manage it, very poor management and saw others also complaining of delay and poor service. Highly recommend to avoid this place and look for other good options around.
