Purchased the groceries today. Most of the times the items are not available. The online catalog is not updated. But the biggest problem was - The delivery driver. He didn't deliver the groceries at home or building. Instead he wanted me to come get them from street. He just refused to drive through and come to my building. The driver was not wearing masks or gloves. The store manager whom I spoke to about this incident was unapologetic as well. They lost 10 years loyal customer today.

You got the below (before COVID) when you register with your mobile number. -\u003e 5% discount if you spend more than 50. -\u003e 10% discount if you spend more than 100. Most of the regular items are available, I think this is the place you get ‘Desi Natural Dahi’ in bigger size and enough for most of the shopping customers, but there is a huge scope for improvement in fresh produce section, very few items are available, half of them are not fresh. Parking space is less, especially during peak hours, suggest you to park near Fred Meyer and take a short walk to avoid wasting time.

The place is good with all Indian grocery items. However, we had bad experience with people who work there. We purchased an item and it was expired a few months already. We had to fight with them to get it replaced/returned.

EDIT: Thanks a lot to Navneet for following up on my order. They delivered again and I received it this time. I am therefore changing my rating to a 4. My first and only order never got delivered to me, neither did I get a refund. The app says delivered, but I never received it. Haven’t heard back from the support email and nobody picks up the phone. I really should have read the reviews here about their online delivery service before ordering for the first time. That’s 50 bucks I won’t see again

Place was crowded and more than 10 people in every queue of the 3 queues they had open with no arrangements or enforcement of social distancing. Space is already limited and with so many people inside, forget any kind of distancing at all. People were bumping into each other. Store owner should be a little concerned about this and set a limit of people in the store. I'm not going there again.
