Alex and his team did an amazing job with a large and difficult tile job. Upfront he had a competitive/fair price and he stuck to it. Alex went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work. He was very responsive to txt messages and calls at all hours of the day. My project required laying 2' X 4' tiles of varying patterns. I was traveling when the tile was laid and when I saw a picture of it, I was really unhappy with the pattern layout. This was not Alex's fault, I didn't communicate clearly what I wanted beforehand. Alex and team pulled up many of my tiles and re-did the work at no added cost to make sure I was happy with the work. That is customer service. I was only hesitant to write this review because I want to keep Alex a secret from all of you because I plan to use him for many projects and I want him to have availability. :-)

I recently used AR Home Remodeling for bathroom shower tiles and backsplash, kitchen backsplash and fireplace surround tiles work at my new custom home. Alex and crew did a great job from start to finish. Their attention to detail was very impressive. Alex's creative thinking and ideas about the material selection and design layout resulted in an amazing finish that blended with and further enhanced the overall house characteristics. His work maintained very high quality standards at a very reasonable price and will certainly hire this crew for future needs.
Good price. Quality work. I will hire them again when I do my bathroom. Alex had great customer relations skills keeping me updated as needed and responding promptly to my questions. They showed up when they said they would and worked diligently while there. I'm sure that my house improved in value much more than the cost of putting in the tiled kitchen floor. It looks awesome!
