Took my Oris in for a crown replacement, the first time I picked it up, they put a crown that was way too big for the watch, so it wasn't sitting properly, and it cannot get to the rewind position at all. The women at the counter was being condescending when I raised the issue, took out a loop and inspected the watch, when you can simply turn the dial and it's blatantly obvious what was wrong with it. I should've just asked for refund and walked out the door right there, but i decided to give them a chance, bad move. Second time I went back to pick it up, they put a right sized crown on it, but it's still not sitting correctly, and won't go back to rewind position as well, so i had to leave it there again for more "repair". Third time picking it up, everything is finally working properly. Guess what, just took my son to a water park, and it's now LEAKING WATER. A simple functional test could've avoided most of these problems I encountered, but for some reason, they just don't care enough to spend 30 second performing some simple tests. WIll be sending my watch back to Oris in Boston, can't be wasting more time with them at this point.

Excellent customer service. They worked on my smartwatch for me even though it wasn't their specialty and did a great job sizing the band and being careful with the face. They also have some very rare and cool watches there. They buy and sell high end timepieces

A very knowledgable local watch and jewellery shop in Bellevue on old Main Street. They are enthusiasts and know their subject. They serviced my Rolex, and did a superb job - it runs better now than ever in the 27 years I've owned it. They also changed a battery on a Breitling for me, and polished up the band, all for 75 tax. Awesome selection of high end watches, and they buy and sell second hand watches. Highly recommended for watches and watch repair!
