The best service that we had with the dealerships so far. We really persuade the help of Diana. She tried her best to explain everything and help us in everything that comes with purchase of the car. It is stressful to buy a car from dealership for a first time., but Diana made the process as easy and as smooth as possible. That was really nice of her to speak to us in our native language, since English is our second. Also on a check out we really appreciate the help of Muhsin. Really good experience overall!

No Ethics and professionalism. I had left car for service for coolant sensor replacement. Car rear bumper was damaged by some tools while car was at service. (This can be clearly noticed in the picture, doesn't look like hit by other car. Can easily notice, some tool/machine has rubbed the rear bumper ) Unfortunately, i didn't check while collecting car. Saw this damage after couple of days. As repair was done in mid of week, after collecting car directly came to home and parked in garage. Due to ongoing COVID pandemic, didn't take out car for couple of days. Immediately after noticing the damage, walked to service center. One of the manger examined the damage and verified miles to check how many miles have been driven after service. Number of miles was matching the round trip from service center to home. I guess manger knew this was damaged by some tool not by any other car, so agreed to pay a part of repair. I'm being made to pay for non of the mistake. Now thinking the only mistake was choosing AUDI car few years back. Why would manager agree to pay a part of it. They are tricking me to pay for their mistake. I was looking around for another car's and AUDI was my top priority. With this kind of experience, no more I'm considering AUDI and will definitely suggest my friends/colleagues not to think of AUDI.

Bought a new Q3 after the snowstorm from the previous weekend. Joe was very patient and pleasant to work with, and they gave me fantastic discount, citing the need to \move volume\ that week due to the earlier closures. They also gave me a great deal on my trade-in (slightly above the average KBB value). Transaction was very smooth and no-nonsense. Probably my easiest purchasing experience ever, and I would highly recommend!

Great facility and high-end service. Well did an excellent job helping me with frankly the problem another Audi dealer in Seattle did not catch under warranty and he found a way to honor the problem even though my warranty has expired. It was appreciated the extra effort and I was also happy he found the problem and I knew it was still existing that the other dealer did not. Win-win along with new brakes and a minor discount to help out. Good experience and like I said you get what you pay for

As always, extremely pleasant experience. The staff is very courteous, they explain everything, very clean space. The advisor i worked with was very thorough, took notes on every single small issue i had and the final note, when i took my car back from the maintenance, addressed everything i told them. Even minute things, like fixing a small piece of trim i found and had no idea where it came from. Car was delivered after going through their car wash, clean and spotless
