Not worth the money. There are a few surprising things that you won't notice or know. Currently, they are still constructing homes and I've been told they have permits that allow for noise at 6 am to 3 PM. So your sleep will be bothered by jack hammering, beeping, motor sounds etc. Also you're next to heavy traffic starting around 5 am, people will speed down and generate all sorts of noise at night. On Wednesday nights around 2 am, they have this cleaner that generates enough noise to warrant 911 calls at Applebees. Right..this is review on the home. I can say the home is hastily built and some stuff doesnt work like the exhaust fans or some minor things. The biggest offender is the garage. There isnt enough room for 2 full sized cars because of this weird design in the garage where there is sort of this storage space that juts out in the garage but you cant take it out due to it being support for the stairs. You wont notice it until you are living here. This forces not just me but my neighbors to park their cars outside. But the funny thing is you're not allowed to park your car on the driveway per the rules. At some point, they will enforce this rule and start towing cars which will cause more people to be upset. Does it deserve a 1-star rating? For the quiet deception...yes. I was deceived for what I sought was good sleep. Also the heating in the home is unbalanced. Most of the heat goes into the upper levels causing you to not breath as well at 70 in winter. But lower levels will remain cold forcing you to use the fireplace. The room in the lowest level also doesnt have ventilation. Whoever living there wont have circulation. I dont count that as a room but a storage unit.
