I live in the building that Bellevue Eye moved into. I find the entire staff attentive and so willing to help you with whatever question you have. I have been most appreciative of the skills of Dr. Li. Not only does he have what appear to be the latest equipment available but as a Doctor he is kind and has great skills to determine what you are experiencing. I fully trust him as a Doctor. Also, he is so personable in his dealing with his patients. He will be my eye doctor from now on!!

Bellevue Eye Specialists is a professional team that provides high-quality consultation and customer support. I am a kind of picky customer, but Bellevue Eye Specialist does a professional job and provides the worldwide fancy brands that attract my attention. The space is so clean and open, which makes trying on glasses super pleasant. I already bought two pairs of eyeglasses, and both of them are fit perfectly. I am going to buy sunglasses also. BTW, they have a few designated parking spots underneath the plaza they're in. Many thanks for your help.

I love the store! It’s very clean! They have the newest eye exam equipment available on the market which allowed me to have the choice of not dilating my eyes (my least favorite part) and taking a more accurate photo of my eye. It works well and I am very pleased with my exam. There are many selective choices of unique and trendy frames. Staff are professional. Diane, the licensed optician, is very knowledgeable. She helped me to pick a beautiful frame that perfectly fit me! I have been receiving so many good comments on my frames and how good I look in them. Will definitely go back!

The amount of professionalism shown at Bellevue Eye Specialists is outstanding. I was new to the Bellevue area and didn’t have an eye dr so I tried out a few on a Saturday to make an appointment. The only place that answered was Bellevue Eye Specialists. They didn’t have a time slot on that day but I was able to get in the following weekend. The dr was great at explaining what he was doing and helped answer all of my questions without hesitation. When it came time to order my new glasses, Diane was great at helping me find the perfect pair of frames and lenses. There were no hidden costs when I went through the ordering process, which is always good. My overall experience was so amazing here and I even bought an extra pair of frames and lenses with a perfect tint to use as sunglasses. They even gave me instructions on proper eye glass care from what not to use as a cleaner to the tricks to prevent damage to them and if there are ever any issues with the products in the future to just give them a call and they will try every avenue to rectify it and make it a painless situation. I would recommend Bellevue Eye Specialists to anyone in need of eyewear or just an eye exam.
