This place is awful every year a leak or a flood occurs and the manager is worthless. Nothing gets taken care of and it’s been a nightmare living here stay far away from this place

Went here for a viewing. It’s hard to get to and it’s sureounded by a circle of other apartment complexes that are a bit hard to differentiate with each other. The apartments are a lot older, no place for the kids to play so they’re in the tennis courts (good luck using those!) I checked under the sink to the apartment we are viewing and it looked to be a lot of water damage/mold underneath. The price is okay and it’s a good location if you work at Microsoft.
