I had to do a CT that was urgent and they were able to fit me in on the same day. I've also had a X-ray here too. This happened in the early days of the pandemic and they already screening and taking precautions before most other clinics. Cost was much less than in a hospital too. All of the staff here are wonderful and helpful. My doctor commented on how much detail was in the reports she received from Dr. Jacobs, very impressed. I will be using them for all of my future imaging needs.

Bellevue medical imaging is by far the best imaging center I have been to. The staff is very professional and attentive and the doctor is very thorough and caring. Plus they have some pretty cool artwork throughout the building. Highly recommend getting your imaging done here!

Not a very pleasant experience. I came in for an ultrasound and x-ray. The ultrasound took 1 hour and 30 minutes. The girl was very inexperienced (last year for the same ultrasound only took half the time). A second woman came in after the first left and spent 1 minutes with a dry ultrasound wand scraping against my skin that was painful and said it all looks good and left. She should know better. I was taken in to change for my x-ray. After changing, I sat in the changing room for 8 minutes waiting for my turn. The woman did apologize for making me wait and took me back for my 2 minutes (2) x-rays. I aked for my x-rays and ultrasound. I was given a CD of the x-rays and told the ultrasound isn't ready. When at home the CD doesn't play in my computer. I called BMI the next day and was told the CD doesn't work in mac's/apple computers. Kaylee said she would e-mail the reports and the x-rays and it would take a few minutes. I gave my e-mail and Kaylee also seem to have it and verified it. After waiting an hour I did not receive the e-mail I called back and the Doctor answered. I explained my situation and he said it would be sent in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes Sarah calls me and was rude told me they do not send reports and imaging in e-mails. I told her I was told they do. She was not happy about that and said she would call Kaylee and call me back. 30 minutes later Sarah calls back. I didn’t answer due to her rudeness. She left a message saying she spoke with Kaylee and she tried to send them. If I don't have them then call her back and they will resend the reports. However, we'll mail you the images and the only way to get the images is on the CD. I never received an e-mail from Bellevue Medical Imaging. I had also told Sara that the CD doesn't work on my mac/apple computer....hmm don't know how I'll ever see my images...

I have had 2 MRI's done here and both times the experience has been very positive. When making the appointment over the phone, they are very thorough and pleasant. Check in and the imaging itself went smooth as could be possible. A big thank you to all staff.
