I just had my junk removal yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased! They are so efficient and fast, and the guys are kind and thoughtful. I have used Big Haul before and I am using them exclusively. We've used Big Haul three times now and could not be happier. Appointments are set up quickly (next day, each time) and they show up when they say, including a courtesy call when they are on the way. Their team is always really friendly, nice to chat with, and do a great job. My son with autism likes to \help\ them and they are always super sweet and try to include him somehow. Also, no weird or hidden charges, everything is up front and transparent. Could not recommend more highly.
They were professional, friendly, and quick! I believe the A team came out to meet me, and they gave me both a text and call to let me know they were en route and had all my stuff removed as fast as possible when they got here. I got a soft estimate when I called and it was very accurate to what I paid. They were on time, friendly, and accurate. I would definitely recommend!
Our condo building has used this service twice now for \junk days\ to clear out units and de-clutter. This last time (Oct 2020), we hit a few snags - mostly misunderstandings on our part - but things we resolved very quickly and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be using the service again and highly recommend.
