The leadership team really care for the customer's 100% satisfaction. They are near to perfect. One small area of improvement is - explaining few exciting features coming with different packages (once the model and trim is finalized) , available options so the customer can take an informed decision and not regret later.

I felt welcomed in the new building. The customer service person who walked me through the process did a super-nice job. I had a number of questions and he answered all of them. He offered very good options regarding my 11 year old BMW. Excellent and professional. A big :Thank You!

A very poor customer service. I got a car from the dealership and had to bring in to the service center the very next weekend itself as the wheel alignment was a little disturbed. Shows that cars are not maintained properly. I went to the dealership in a new BMW and they gave me a low class (base Nissan) rental car as an alternative, and that too did not have gas. If you are running short on loaner cars, at least provide an alternative car of the same class. Moreover, when I picked up the car back after a couple of days, it was all dirty. Completely unacceptable. Check out the photos I attached to this review. Never expected this from a BMW dealership. My last car was a Mercedes from the Bellevue dealership and was so happy with the customer service. To anyone reading this review, I would recommend you to stay away from this dealership.

As always, a great job by this BMW dealer. In particular, I am very impressed by professionalism and caring I always received from Service Advisor, Angel. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what services is required and keep you aware of the progress. Ensure my car is ready ahead of promised time and again take time explaining all services done and results. I really appreciate his friendliness and smiling attitude. I was exceptionally pleased with the service received at BMW of Bellevue. They have Saturday service appointments available which is very helpful since I live nearly 2 hours away. I was told my repair would take approximately 2 hours and they did it in under that. They even washed and vacuumed my car! Leonard my service advisor was very helpful and courteous. They have a very nice new facility where I was able to spread out and get some work done while I waited. Keep up the good work!
