Overall very good experience. Unfortunately I have to deduct 1 star for the long wait. Food is decent and the servers are attentive. Except that you have to wait around an hour to be seated in this special time. If I remember it correctly, only 4 tables are served at the same time which took us 90 minutes. Luckily we had couple errands to run that Saturday. I can see that they did a very thorough cleanup after each group filled their stomach. Surface of the table, the front of chairs, the back of the chairs. Every single place you could land your hands on is cleaned with that spray. That’s some cleaning isn’t it. Also they have transferred the menu online. I ordered the house special, good as always. The bottom line is if you can bear the wait during pandemic, this is a go.

Amazing covid practices! When you first come in they ask you to use hand sanitizer. Then you are seated. They have 4 tables & safely distanced felt like more than 6 feet with dividers. They bring out sauces in small 1 time use containers. The spoon, chopstick, & napkin is packaged for each person. If you request more soup it is brought out in a bowl vs how they used to have a thermos that they poured. They also spray your credit card (in front of you) with sanitizer before they give it back after payment. Over all the food is always great but they are taking every precaution for covid. All the workers wear masks & gloves. Definitely feel safe dining here! Keep up the great job! Great service & attentive!
I love boiling point and frequent this chain. However, I will never eat at this particular location. The bellevue location has some serious quality control issue. I know it's central kitchen but all the other location tastes great, yet this one always tastes extra bitter with heavy artificial flavoring. Why only here? Also, their meat is always the worst. Other locations' meat are at least edible and somewhat delicious. But the one here is always like cardboard or simply inedible. I feel like the store manager needs to be fired because something fishy is going on. If you would like to try hotpot, BP is great! Just not this location
Ordered over the phone for takeout, told me it would take 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes. When I got the food, I double checked to make sure it was the right order and it’s a good thing I did because it was not. Now we’re having to wait another 20 minutes for the correct order. Unfortunate experience.
Boiling point always does a solid job with Taiwanese hotpot and I haven't necessarily had a bad experience. This was my first time at the Bellevue location and it was just as good as the Seattle location in the international district. The service was great and the food quality was good as well. I got the Thai fusion and as expected, they did it with a tom yum broth. Not the best I've had, but still good none the less. If you haven't been I'd recommend it!
