I'm happy to have found an electrologist who listens to what I want. She also performed the (brief) service even though I was rudely late. Some of us don't mind a little hair, just the darker ones, which has been wierdly difficult for electrogists at other companies to understand and respect. I also am nervous about anyone having control over my aesthetic, so was relieved that Marsha listened. This is what hair removal should be- performing the requested service, not assuming everyone wants the exact same look.

If you’re trans and looking for a safe place to access your hair removal and skincare needs, this is the clinic to visit. There’s a laser tech named Kathryn who is incredible. She’s caring, knowledgeable, and beautiful inside and out. The office manager Holly is also wonderful: flexible and accommodating to my ever-changing schedule. Great staff, welcoming environment. I’m 11 months into getting my facial hair (chin/lip) removed via laser, and seeing life-changing results. I started out with electrolysis at a different center and could see that it was going to be too time consuming and costly. I’m a person of color and so far have never had any complications with their laser treatments. All you brown skinned folks who may be wary of lasers should check this place out.
