Bought our first house, and CW was great every step of the way. I asked lots of dumb questions and they were patient and kind as I figured out the process. Closing went smoothly, paperwork with the notary took less than an hour, and we were able to buy our house. Would definitely recommend CW, Kim DeLeon and Andy Macapinlac in particular were awesome.

Terrible experience. Felt pressured to sign papers in a short time frame by an unprofessional notary, Elena Patton. A client has every right to read and understand papers that he or she is signing.

The escrow agents made numerous mistakes in handling our file- incorrect email addresses, Incorrect mailing address, lost our EIN number, and initially emailed us someone else’s closing documents. We are not impressed.
