Just trying to book an appt. for 12 months touch up, my last was oct 2019 and she declined bec it is jan 2021 and it is less than 18 mos but more than 12 mos and she wants to charge me 500 for 18mos. She specifically told me the last time i was there not to come early, as mine is dark and since it is covid who wants to come in right away too. but she said she is not responsible for covid and she was closed too and lost business.. no empathy and not very professional to tell your existing customer... i was surprised to see how prices went up too... when i started it was 550 for new set. i am sure everybody is trying to recover from covid, all of us, but we need to show some compassion and not be rude over the phone

Denisa was very professional and great at thoroughly explaining the process and after care with me before starting. She made sure I was comfortable during the procedure as well as afterwards. She helped me find the perfect shade match and shape for my face. I highly recommend her.

I have always wanted to get my eyebrows done, it was my biggest insecurity. Naturally I had no brows, so this was a big procedure for me. I had been thinking of getting them done for years but as a college student never had the funds to do so. I was finally able to and has been looked at Denisa’s work for months. She exceeded my expectations, my first appt went over time because I needed that much work and the results were everything I wanted. Denisa listens to your needs and wants while providing her opinion on what will best suit your face. I recommend her for any eyebrow work, and I will continue to go to her and only her for touch-ups! ️️️ I am beyond grateful for her work.
