I do not recommend anyone use them My son insurance didn't change at all, they bill as cash client, they don't even bother to ask me when I visit the client. The reception won't answer the phone, took her two days to call back

My baby and I love coming to Fern Valley. It has a very relaxing atmosphere: more like a spa than a doctor's office. Clearly much thoughtful care and love has gone into the design of the place. There is a private room for breastfeeding and changing infants, with calm lighting, comfy pillows, and adorable decor. The doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful! Dr. O'Brien is extremely kind and gentle and even gets down on the floor to help my daughter feel safe. More importantly, though, she also has strong, professional hands as necessary for the care of my child, so she can make the unpleasant parts of the visit (vaccines, etc) as fast and painless as possible.

If I could do zero stars I would. We show up for shots for my one year old son and they make us wait outside rudely for over 15 minutes in their parking lot before even taking our temp for covid. we arrived on time, and you wouldn’t even talk with us or say how long the wait would be. I can’t stand around outside 38 weeks pregnant with my one year old in a parking lot. Definitely do not recommend very unprofessional & not coming back. Also we were called one hour before the appointment to fill out paperwork, very inconvenient because I scheduled this appointment last week and could have gotten it done way before. On top of that I never even got the email for the paper so was going to have to fill out at their office anyway. Maybe you should check on training your office staff.
