Very nice people! They mean well and for the most part, very workable. If you are in an office there are great perks like food coffee, lots of company fun and events, good culture. Great benefits. Unlimited work if your have free scheduled. I enjoyed my time here and feel it was a great place to have on the resume. Jamie is one of the staff manger I really love her she away ready to answer any questions I have with great response and a timely manner

This is a wonderful company to work for. Everyone in the office is friendly, approachable, and most importantly helpful. No matter what time or day, there is always someone on call to help you with any little problems you may run into. The clients I have met so far through this company have also been a pleasure to work with. I was helping a client find some in home care after a cataract surgery. He just needed 24 hours, help getting to the surgery and back and to the followup appointment the next morning. I called 3 agencies and Home Care Assistance was the only one that told me on the first call that they had the staff to handle this as the surgery was 2 days away. The other agencies finally called me the next day to tell me they couldn't help him. I had another referral for them and Jessica Claybrook was wonderful on getting this gentleman the help that he needed after orthopedic surgery. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.
I have worked with the agency for the last two years and I’ve enjoyed plenty of well paid overtime allowances, good treatment from my senior staffing department whom time to time reach out to me to know how we are relating with our clients. The agency also offers medical benefits even after working on minimal hours on their shifts and keeps all its employees updated on tasks by making sure every year before one’s birthday they send a soft copy of an updated continuing education that comes with a qualification test. This helps in keeping the caregiver on track with their scope and it has helped me a lot to put focus on my assignments.
