DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Daniel Cleb wrote us an expensive proposal in late May 2019. I asked him a few questions but ultimately just accepted the original terms. For reasons unknown to me, he stopped communicating, never answering phone call or emails. Ultimately, he just walked away from the whole project. Daniel loved to brag about how his customers always benefited from his company's warranty. A warranty is only as good as the company, and a company who does not answer emails or phone calls make the warranty worthless.

Klepps is a first class company. They have assisted us on multiple projects over the past year, including gate security and sound systems. Extremely responsive, punctual, making reasonable recommendations and following through. Very good follow-up and resolution on any questions or issues which inevitably arise with technology. I highly recommend Daniel and his company to all my friends.
I used Klepps 2 years ago to set up my home system. They were great at the time. Very responsive and helpful. However, I tried to get a hold of them to help me out again and I haven't been able to get them to call me back. I gave them plenty of time and tried both email and phone. Started out so well, and ends with a big disappointment. I can't recommend them at this point.
The general manager, Phil Bonstein, is so helpful without me even asking! I am doing a big remodel that includes an addition and he was so nice to take the time to look over my blueprints and the City of Bellevue's permit notes to make sure I don't do more than I have to. Unlike another fire/security company that I contacted, Klepps is willing to allow an electrician to install the wired smoke alarms and have it connect to the Klepps main controls which should save us a few dollars. I highly recommend Klepps, and especially working with Phil. He's the best!
We had the pleasure of working with Mike and Jonathan. They installed the audio, speakers and TV's for our new office. Very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend their services.
