I had a slow leak in my front tire. I took my NX300 into Lexus Of Bellevue to Service Advisor Joey who provided me with exceptional customer service. Joey was able to get my tire repaired by the technician on duty immediately. However, I was surprised that my tire was even repairable. I was expecting to replace my tire instead. Lastly. I just wanted to let Joey's leadership team know that I am very pleased with the level of customer service at Lexus Of Bellevue Service Department. Way to go Joey and thank you for looking out for your customers!
Raymond was super helpful when I went to Lexus of Bellevue to purchase my new Highlander! It was a smooth and easy process. Our 1st Lexus purchase couldn’t have gone better! From the moment the no-pressure associate (Dina) met us, to working with us test drive different models, she and her team were fabulous. She helped us pick the car that meets our need and we were left with a very pleasant experience. This place offers a Lexus Plus discount so we didn’t need to haggle the offered price.
