Once we put in a request, Omar responded immediately within 24hrs and come over to assess the problem on the same day and gave a written estimate in hours. He answered many questions competently and since Master Bore LLC doesn't utilize subcontractors, the work was scheduled and done within 3 days. A nearly 50-foot main water supply pipe was installed from the street to our house climbing about 10 feet all underground with minimum soil disturbance, new fittings and shutoff valve are utilized along with 30-yr warranty. The work passed inspection and the two access ditches were patched up nicely. Working crew are nice, polite and professional. Definitely recommend Master Bore LLC this is type of difficult job.
