Arrived at shipper 40 minutes before my appointment, checked in to find out the load doesn't pick up until 3/3/21 called the broker to inform them, just over a hour later called again, they should have you at a door in thirty minutes, 2 hours later called back after having the p. u.. number checked again to find out it was a no go again, be patient we will pay you detention, called back a hour later to update the broker, still waiting to load, just be patient, had the p. u.checked a third time same result called again got the answering service who told she was going to send out a email to the broker and she would let me know another hour passes and I call back, she still has heard anything, after sitting for 8 hours I told her I was done and the shipper still said it doesn't ship until the 3rd she said it would be marked as truck not used. Then to find out today they are refusing to pay because I never called, all I can say is I'm not going to use them ever again. Bunch of lying thieves.

very unprofessional people. send your truck pickup 200 mile and no load. not paying truck order not used. Never haul again for this company. Rest is your choice. Garbage

I had More than seven hours detention at the shipping and receiving I call the broker after the load done And he send me a new rate confirmation Add the money for detention after four months my factoring company called me and they said The broker The broker didn’t pay for detention they said that the Already pay for the driver as Efs Check when I call the broker again he said that’s four months ago I can’t do nothing for you !! Guys be very becareful from those guys
