After getting some very poor service at another lighting store, I came to here and was pleasantly surprised by all the beautiful lightings displays and the great customer service. Marci helped me with a lighting plan, and Denise helped with my lighting selections and all my orders. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful, too.

Super friendly company regardless if you’re a contractor, designer, or just a walk in customer. Their staff is super knowledgeable about lighting, and they can source ANYTHING. If it’s not in their showroom, you’ll definitely find it in a catalog. Top place to find great lighting and great prices!!

Nice store, great showroom service, however buyer beware, the after sales support is truly a disgrace. We purchased a product from North Coast Lighting which after delivery we realized was defective. NCL refused to accept a return on this clearly faulty product, they did not return most of our phone calls, and to add to the insult they made a shockingly low offer that must be way less than their markup - unbelievable !
