Even if you have insurance... beware: this clinic's fees are unfair and crazy HIGH. You pay to park, (they don't validate for their patients), you pay high co-payment, you pay for the doctor visit and a hospital fee. Consults are over 440, that's extortion. The practice has NO empathy for people who come here. I would never return again, and I am informing every friend and family in the region. I would not go to Overlake Medical Center ever again. I'll visit Swedish, Evergreen or any other hospital in the region.

Unfriendly front desk. It’s absurd, these people are supposed to be working with the sick. When you call in you get some obnoxiously rude woman who can’t even say “I’m sorry” or thank you for calling. Starts with the management, they should focus on hiring kind empathetic-customer service excellence people. Doctor/Billing is atrocious. They charge you over 440 for a consult. Would never walk in this place again.
